We want to make preparing for your holiday as stress-free as possible by providing a turn-key suite with everyday amenities. For long-term stays of 5+ days, we provide mid-stay cleaning service. Should you need any additional amenities, please contact us.
Bedroom
Quality bedsheets, pillows and duvets for a comfortable night's sleep. Let us know your preferred bed configuration between twin or queen.

Cooking Items: cooking oil, salt, pepper, soy sauce, sugar, aluminum foil, plastic wrap
Cookware: pots, pans, cooking utensils
Small appliances: microwave oven, toaster, hot water kettle, rice cooker, french press

Cleaning Items: paper towels, dish detergent, a new sponge, trash bags, kitchen towels and other basic cleaning supplies

A common laundry room is available for use. Laundry detergent, softener, iron and ironing board are provided.

Ski room
Ski and snowboard equipment can be stored in the main genkan area during winter.
On request, we provide a free ski shuttle service to the Kitanomine Gondola.
